I don't think NI has posted a specific procedure for the SCXI 1521 yet.  I know there is one posted for the SCXI 1520.  There is also a sytem calibration procedure in the user maual, however, this is mostly to correct for offsets and also to verify the shunt's calibration.  National Instruments has posted their manual calibration procedures at ni. com/calibration.

Hi, I was wondering if you were able to get a procedure for the 1521.  We currently use calibration executive from National Instruments to calibrate our 1521 but before it was supported by there software we had a procedure from NI and a vi to help with the calibration.  I can check if I can get you a copy of how we did the calibration if you are interested?
