Does anyone jnow the password for RUSKA 2411 AutoPrompt? I wrote it down somewhere and forgot...

if you change the default password, no one can help you, but if you call Ruska, they can tell you the default password, sometimes they type it in the manual. like 0000, 1234, 999 or the serial number or the instrument.

I didn't change it. I need the default password. I sended email to FLUKE (RUSKA is in FLUKE group and don't show the direct email address to RUSKA)but no answer yet. Any one know what Iit is?

did you try calling Ruska at 877-355-3225. jor fluk3 at 1800-993-5853 or 1888-993-5853. I a look at the online manuals and they don't have the 2411, they do have the 2413 (http://us.flukecal.com/literature/manuals/search?keyword=2413 ) but I am not sure how different they are.
