Title: PG7601 error
Post by: Velasco on 04-10-2016 -- 23:03:10
The digital display (pg7000) on our PG7601 system reads "stuck INT0 fault" any idea what this means? Even with serial cable disconnected it still reads this.

Have you tried to clear and set to default the unit of measure functions and COM ports?
To access Reset - Units, press [SPECIAL], <9reset>, <2units>
To access Reset - Com, press [SPECIAL], <9reset>, <3com>
The only thing I saw in the troubleshooting checklist in the manual that closely resembles the error you listed was for <Fatal Error> or <Fatal Fault>: Encountered unresolved internal software conflict.  Says the solution is to Cycle power to clear. Please record conditions leading up to the event, including the numbers displayed when enter is pressed and report the information to a DHI Authorized Service Provider.
