Need to add charting the values, and change the way the pressure checks are performed
Change 4.1.5 to read as follows: Use the nominal value of the standard weight and the difference in the two indications recorded in steps 4.1.2 and 4.1.4 to calculate the actual value of the TI. Record this value.
Change Table 3 .
Piston Applied psi Limits
Low pressure Piston 100 99.9 to 100.1
(Heaviest) 105 104.895 to 105.105
120 119.88 to 120.12
200 199.8 to 200.2
(Lightest) 105 104.895 to 105.105
120 119.88 to 120.12
200 199.8 to 200.2
High Pressure Piston 500 499.5 to 500.5
(Heaviest) 525 524.475 to 525.525
600 599.4 to 600.6
1000 999.0 to 1000.1
(Lightest) 525 524.475 to 525.525
600 599.4 to 600.6
1000 999.0 to 1000.1
Heard today that this will be put in as an alternate in the procedure. Makes the cal alot faster and you don't have to stack a bunch of weights on the piston either.
