Post by: USMCPMEL on 10-28-2020 -- 09:05:42
Does anyone have an adjustment procedure for this unit? I asked Dwyer they said to send it back.

You can try to press and hold the zero button and turn it on. It may go into an alignment.

OK...we got some 475s in and I figured it out. Press and hold the ON/OFF switch until the unit shows CAL/Exit. Release the power button and press the ZERO button. The display should switch to CAL/ZERO. Press ON/OFF to store the Hex #. Press ZERO and the display will read CAL/HS. Apply half scale pressure and press ON/OFF. Press ZERO and the display will read CAL/FS. Apply FS pressure and press ON/OFF again. Press the ZERO to display CAL/Exit and press the ON/OFF switch to exit cal mode.

A little more info. To get into the Cal mode, press and hold the ON/OFF button until the CAL/EXIT comes on. While still holding the ON/OFF press and hold ZERO and the display will advance to CAL/ZERO. The rest of the previous post still applies.
