I know of this software to convert mV to temperature and vice-versa called, TCconverter,
but I can't seem to download it, bad redirects.
Does anyone know of anywhere I can download it or an equivalent program?

I just did a search for TCConverter and found the various links. All of them kept re-directing me, and it appeared the CORRECT website is dead, and the domain taken over. I read on one of the pages a date of 2003 for the software. My guess is its gone.
I generally keep a set of PDF files of the various thermocouple types emf tables that I downloaded from Omega.com . I think you can still get them (same as pages in their temperature handbook).
I'll look around some more to see if there is anything out there. Seems like I've downloaded freeware somewhere with emf values for thermocouples.
FOUND IT!! ---- After some more thorough digging, I figured out the download file name is TCCONV110.ZIP . I did a search for that file name and found a page with the file available. I downloaded and tried. Seems pretty straightforward. The web page was: http://ftp.nluug.nl/simtel/msdos/calculte/
There were other pages I got in the search, but I was able to download from that first one.
I guess this is probably too late to do you any good, but ASTM E 230 has all of the coefficients for writing your own excel spreadsheet.
Is ASTM E 230 available anywhere, or is it a purchase only type document? I have an application where having the coefficients would be beneficial.
To the best of my knowledge all of the ASTM standards are for purchase only.
But you should check out NIST, they have everything you want, plus tons more, freely available on the web.
