Venezuela Dictator Hugo Chavez has vowed to bring down the U.S. government. Chavez, president of Venezuela, told a TV audience:

"Enough of imperialist aggression; we must tell the world: down with the U.S. empire. We have to bury imperialism this century."

The guest on his television program, beamed across Venezuela, was Cindy Sheehan, the antiwar activist. Chavez recently had as his guest Harry Belafonte, who called President Bush "the greatest terrorist in the world." Chavez is pushing a socialist revolution and has a close alliance with Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. Regardless of your feelings about the war in Iraq, the issue here is that we have a socialist dictator vowing to bring down the government of the U.S. And he is using our money to achieve his goal! The Venezuela government, run by dictator Chavez, is the sole owner of Citgo  gas company. Sales of products at Citgo stations send money back to Chavez to help him in his vow to bring down our government.

Take Action

Please decide that you will not be shopping at a Citgo station. Why should U.S. citizens who love freedom be financing a dictator who has vowed to take down our government?
If it works, it's a Fluke.

Cindy Goes Country in Crawford
by Ivy J. Sellers

President Bush has a new neighbor moving out near his ranch in Crawford, Texas -- none other than the anti-war wingbat, Code Pink faster Cindy Sheehan.

The way the AP tells it, Sheehan's protest outside the ranch last year is what "reinvigorated" the anti-war movement -- right. Sheehan IS the anti-war movement. Now she's decided to use insurance money from her son's death to purchase a 5-acre plot of her own on which to hold Camp Casey III. (One wonders how little Cindy Lou possibly has the energy to set up camp when she's been fasting so steadily for so long?)

In the Gold Star Families For Peace newsletter sent out today Cindy explains:

With our commitment to being in Crawford every time that George goes on vacation (even though he seems to be skipping out on us a lot lately) we decided to buy property in Crawford to use until George's resignation or impeachment--which we all hope is soon for the sake of the world.

According to the AP, the group won't get much time with Bush this year:

[Sheehan's] anti-war gathering in Crawford is scheduled for Aug. 16 through Sept. 2. But Bush is scheduled to be at his ranch mainly during the first two weeks of August.

Apparently Sheehan didn't appreciate the country life much at first, but now it's really grown on the California native, or so she says:

I never understood how George Bush could pick such a place as Crawford to have his home. When I first arrived and set up camp there last August 6 th, I had even bigger misgivings...but now after spending an entire year there in every season, I totally understand. I even get upset now when people put Crawford down in any way---but these are people who have never been there.

Crawford is a beautiful place and Camp Casey has made it even lovelier. I feel so at home there. When I am able to return, I feel a renewal and resurgence of energy and hope. The sunrises and sunsets and star-lit nights are breathtaking and there is nothing like a cool (if rare) Crawford evening breeze to dry off the sweat and sweeten the soul.

In closing, Cindy claims to have scared the most powerful man in the world notwithstanding Camp Casey's "peaceful" nature:

[W]e are beginning to believe that he is frightened of us. It can't be because we are a physical threat to him: We have proven to be peaceful and non-violent--so it must be that he is afraid of the truth and too cowardly to, again, face grieving families and thousands of others who adamantly oppose his murderous policies.

If Bush really is avoiding Crawford because of Cindy and her crazy crew, it's because the man is just plain smart, not scared. Of course, it's hard to believe the president pays much attention to her in the first place...

And of course Cindy is still demanding another meeting with Bush. But of course! Even though most of us will never have the chance to meet with the president of the United States, her majesty, Princess Cindy, should be able to do so whenever her little heart desires.
If it works, it's a Fluke.

At this point there is nothing I can offer about this woman.  In general, I think these people have become so wrapped up in the United States being passive peaceful that they don't realize just what that means for our future.  I'm sure Cindy and others like her will too late discover (if they get their way) that it was the wrong course of action.  Personally I think this woman has already discredited herself, but the media keeps piling on the praise and so the general public thinks that she is standing up for what she believes.  Yeah, because it couldn't be that all she wants is her time in the spotlight.  Now, this may be real close to my other entry here, but I don't know what else to say about this woman.  She's just so pathetic....

More Cindy 'Sheehanigans': Lying Her Way Into Crawford
by Ivy J. Sellers —  07-31-2006

Last week it was reported that Cindy Sheehan, America's favorite anti-war activist (to make fun of), bought five acres in Crawford, Tex., seven miles down the road from President Bush's ranch. Sheehan and her Gold Star Families for Peace forked over a grand total of $52,500 for parcel, which will become the official site of Camp Casey III (a fitting name considering the land was bought with insurance money from Sheehan's son Casey's death).

But what you didn't hear when the news broke is that Cindy and her crew got the land through lying to its prior owner -- yep, more 'sheehanigans' as Wizbang rightfully labels the latest Sheehan deception.

The Waco-Tribune has the details:

Longtime Crawford resident Bobby D. Ramsey sold a little more than five acres to Gerald T. Fonseca, a New Orleans native who said he was displaced by Hurricane Katrina last fall. Fonseca was in Crawford along with hundreds of other war protesters when the hurricane destroyed his home Aug. 29.

Fonseca, who identifies himself as a Vietnam veteran and a member of Veterans for Peace, had been living more recently in Eagle Rock, Mo., with relatives. He has been in Crawford the past four weeks, staying at the Crawford Peace House. [...]

While Fonseca's name is on the deed as the land's new owner, Sheehan's protest group will use the property for this year's Camp Casey, the peace camp named for Sheehan's son, Casey Sheehan, a 24-year-old Fort Hood soldier killed in Iraq in 2004.

In September, Fonseca said, ownership of the land will be transferred to Sheehan.

Ramsey, who soon may find unexpected neighbors when protesters move into a huge tent on the property he sold, said he was unaware before the sale that it would be used by Sheehan to host Camp Casey in August.

"(Fonseca) said he was going to build a home and, one day, a shop (on the land)," Ramsey said Thursday, speaking from his adjacent property in Crawford. "He told me that Katrina wiped him out.. . . . It didn't even occur to me that he could use it for this."

Fonseca confirmed he never indicated to his new neighbors that the land would be transferred to Sheehan, but he said that was always the plan. He said the $52,500 used to pay for the property -- a spread of rustic, wooded prairie with no houses -- came from Sheehan and her Gold Star Families for Peace.

Fonseca said he acted as "an agent" for Sheehan, negotiating the purchase and closing the deal with Ramsey.
If it works, it's a Fluke.

Typical trailor trash. You can take the trash out of the trailor park, but you can't take the trailor park out of the trash. :|

I am sorry, maybe it was a sheep shaped frame with her picture in it.  Or it could have been a Cindy Sheehan shaped frame with a picture of a sheep in it.......now I dont remember......I am so confused.
