Ok I just got my annual raise at 4% this year and I am wondering what the norm is for our field?

At Lockheed, we get a 20 cent raise every 12 weeks. We just got a contact raise, COLA raise, on top of the hourly raise. I've already got a pay increase of $1.35 since I started here last Nov.

currently zero. Think it was around 70 cents last year sometime during the summer. The year before was notta but the year before that I think was a buck and change.

I fear the negative raise with these energy costs shooting up.

I'm pro slant drilling into that canadian oil i heard about.

Following the company realignment this year 14.9%, they found out we were underpaid. According to my new employment contract I get the about the same next year. Now I can afford gas and food. :-D

Come on guys we have what a couple hundred members here? I was looking for a good cross section to see what the average raise was in our field and 12 people ain't gonna cut it.
