I was told that some companies use this site to check salaries in order to know what to offer people. I am not saying to create a profile and "inflate" your salary but It could not hurt anything right? If a potential emplyeer checks this site and the average pay comes back at $24 an hour maybe he will make a better initial offer? Under job title type in calibrator
