UUT is Agilent 4263 LCR meter, goes up to 100 KHz.  Performance testing includes testing 1uF (16387A) capacitor @ 100 KHz.
These caps are calibrated @ 1 KHz, the 16380C manual has a supplemental performance characteristic chart with a plot showing the 1uF cap will measure 1% high @ 60 KHz.  Unfortunately that's as far as the chart goes (1%).  I have observed through the years my 100 KHz measurements are around 2% high but can't document it, I fiddled around and looked at the frequencies trying to figure a rate of increase with frequency but had no luck, anyone ever come across any info or correction data for these things @ 100 KHz?

That capacitor set should have charted values all the way up to 100 kHz from the MFR.  If your's are only calibrated at 1kHz something is wrong.

My 16380C's are calibrated to 100KhZ--Something wrong with yours.

We found the same problem when we did a procedure for a customer for the Agilent E4980A.

They data they had did not include some frequencies.  When the customer sent it in for calibration, they had Agilent add new new frequecies to the standards..
