Not much being said about it yet, but apparently there has been a contract signed for a 4th Austin Powers movie.  If anyone gets any more definitive details, I'd love to hear about them.  I saw it on CNN the other day, and there is some discussion about it on imdb.com (some of which I am involved in).

I am a big fan.  It is one of my favorite movies of all time.  "Airplane" used to be until about the 20th time I saw it.  Just don't do one of those facebook "pokes."  I still don't get that.

Austin Powers is important to PMEL because it is important to PMEL techs.  Movies such as this are important to the morale of PMEL techs, which in turn improves their effectiveness on the job.  Erego (sp?) Austin Powers improves measurement uncertainty (note:  I just took my (legally prescribed) ritalin, but it hasn't yet kicked in).

Naked Gun > Airplane

I'm excited to hear about a new Austin Powers movie.  You think the midget who played Mini-Me is dead by now?...  I hear those things have a short life span.

I just watched the last half of the original "Airport" and could see why "Airplane" made such fun of it (total cheeseball movie).  I am waiting with baited breath for the next installment of Austin Powers.  I believe it has been about 10 years since Goldmember already.  We'll see how it goes.
