General question for calibration companies and labs. How much money does your company budget for Training and Career Development per individual? Do you reimburse for work related college courses?

For myself it really depends what I want to do.  I let my boss know what training I want to do next year and he budgets for it.  I am lucky in that I work for a company that is all about more training.  There is no out of pocket cost for me.

we budget zero--fly by night if you need training. Notice I sais need and not want.
