Anyone know where to get a 17025 accredited cal on Hewlett Packard 16361A and 16362A DUT boxes?

Can't specifically remember their particulars, but are those some of the type that just have resistance, and perhaps capacitance?  It may even be possible, depending on the parameters that we could do them.  I know when my lab was formerly Motorola Semiconductor, they supported a lot of semiconductor related test items.  We may even have some in out storage areas.
