I was wondering if any of you out there automate these digital analyzing voltmeters?  I have compiled a Met/Cal procedure to run these.  I've ran the procedure through successfully on two meters.  Now I have two in the lab that keep giving me the NI EABO Timeout error.  I know these units are very old and I'm wondering if they are just hanging up?  Hoping someone has experience with this and some advice.  Thanks.

Found out that using the NI GPIB-USB-HS with old equipment doesn't always work.  Installed a PCI-GPIB card in my computer.  Once I hooked the UUT directly to the computer it worked flawlessly.

I have encountered multiple issues related to NI drivers and avoid NI software if I have a choice.
