Rohde & Schwarz FSH3 or FSH6 Amplitude Adjustment Software

Hello,

I am looking for R&S software that is used to adjust the amplitude calibration of the FSH series of hand held spectrum analyzers. This is used when the RF module is replaced. It is to correct for the RF attenuator variance from unit to unit. At one per page 35 of the FSH service manual this was available on the R&S site but I have been unable to find a copy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
