Well, I guess we celebrated the end of 7-level school too early.  It looks like the 3-star won't have any part of it as he wants some form of formal training for upgrade to 2P071.

Hopefully the course is going to be revamped to be more beneficial to our new SSgts, because right now, it's kind of lame if you ask me.

Give me some feedback... what would you like to see done with the course?  Post your ideas and suggestions in this thread.  Who knows, maybe someday, they'll be incorporated in a new course!

There are only 10 types of people in this world.  Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Personally, I'd like to see us go to an "a la carte" 7-level school.  That is, that a lab can choose from any one of the advanced schools to meet the formal 7-level requirement--phys/D, TACAN, or Advanced Cal.  The advanced schools are a bit long, so that might have to be adjusted...but I think it's worth considering.  That would provide training useful to a 7-level, and meet a real training need in the field.  No doubt some logistics of available class sizes, etc. would have to be worked out at the school house.
