With a wide range of contractors and benefits packages, how can contracts be fair to technicians throughout the Air Force PMEL world?  Some contracts are run by large companies that offer good benefits and better futures for their techs, while others are run by small time businesses who offer nothing, especially in the long-run!

Such as a retirement plan or a future somewhere else with the company? And if the company only has one Air Force lab well what you say has to make some people wonder if its worth their time if the potential exists for them to not be hired on the next contract. Maybe the AF needs to redo the cost evals on some bases. Making Feltwell Civ was just plain the wrong choice.
