LASER Precision OTDR-TS4320 or TD2000

We have a bunch of old OTDR in for Repair, I am looking for a way to copy and format the ROM cards that come with the unit, does anyone have a way to do this?

It is an older 4MB ROM card, PCMCIA. I have tried multiple OS's, PC's,Laptop with PCMCIA Card bus controllers but none of them will recognize the ROM Card, I assume it is due to the FORMATTING of the card with the OTDR software. Laser precision of course does not deal with these any more and I need to find a way to proper format, copy an existing ROM Card, etc. The OTDR's themselves do not allow copying a ROM card and the writing to another, at least I have not figured it out anyway.
