I am trying to help someone find a meter to measure high gigaohms with a test voltage of 1000V, and the ability to measure current as well.  I have an old Guildline 6500 that we use.  I recommended finding a newer model such as the Guildline 6520 or 6530 to rent somewhere.  They are having trouble finding one.  It is important for test voltage to be available at 1000V.  There are some Keithley units, but they all seem to be lower test voltages (<=200V).  Anyone know any other high resistance meters that have a 1000V test voltage, or know any rental company(ies) that have a Guildline 6520 or 6530 available?

Hawaii5--Oh..
Maybe the Keithly-6517B would work.

If you would like to get a quote shoot me and E-mail and I will FWD it to my contact to send you a quote.

I'll take a look at the specs.  Does it have 1000V test voltage available?

Keithly-6517B is a good meter with up to 1000 V.

The Quadtech 1865 does 1000V. It gives a value for test current, but doesn't measure it.
