5520A Error 100 Inguard not responding (send)

Hi,
I have a problem with my 5520A, I'm measuring Temperature with TC and the TC touched a 115V Voltage heater.
I reset the unit and show this error "Error 100 Inguard not responding (send)" Anybody knows about this problem?
I'll appreciate any answer.
