Am trying to find a high precision, yet affordable ohms measurement equipment. Measurements related to a standard (so relative) would be ok. Currently am doing that with the 3458a through voltage divider measurements which achieves <1ppm acc. if the resistance factor is not below 0.1. Below that, it is geting much worse and needs to be done in steps. Would be interested in finding something that goes beyond 0.1 or is very good in absolute measurements once calibrated against a standard.
I was thinking of the guildline 9930, but could not find any specs anywhere. Does anybody know where a spec could be found online or what the spec is?
The ESI 242 bridge seems to be worse compared to the 3458A method above. Also, it has quite a big temp. coefficient (5ppm/K).
Sure, the 9975 would probably be best, but quite expensive and not sure what its specs are, also in comparison to the 9930. nothing found either

For resistance measurements I would look into the Guildline 6625A or the MI 6010.

Thanks, sure. If budget is no issue. Should have been more clear. Am rather looking for something in the price range of the 9930. And second hand is fine too.
