Station Counter Control Box Problem

Im having a problem with the 68D040031 programming device.  Its not working properly when using the channel C in analog attenuation.  It will work properly during digital attenuation checks on chanel C but doesn't work when in analog (x1, x10, x100).  While running through the channel C system check in the maintenance TO for it the display was not displaying the proper numbers while switching through the trigger level ranges.  We have a feeling its something simple like a loose wire or contact but all contacts seem to be in decent condition.  If anyone has seen this problem and can suggest a fix for the programming device please let me know.  Thanks.
