Need a Manual and/or a service manual for JLW Instruments Digital Strain Gage model no. JID-SC20K.

I don't have anything.  But the more interesting news is that I did a web search and GIDEP search, and in both cases, came up with nothing.  The only thing I found is that there is a JLW Instruments website, and at least in what is covered there, they don't have their own brand name.  Next stop I would think maybe, would be to contact them (if you haven't already done so) and ask them if they have a clue.  That's about all I've got on that one.  Sorry for not more.  I'm pretty voracious in researching manuals, but this is a tough one.

Same type of results. That's why I pup it up here.

I actually developed that display.  What's your question?
If you need the manual, PM me; I can probably dig it up.
