Does anyone have access to datasheet, manual or other documentation on Fluke A40 shunts (not A40A or A40B)?

There is a section in the Fluke 540B Instruction Manual that has a general specification for the A40.

I've got a Fluke Primary Certificate for several different ones (including extended frequency ranges).  I'll send via e-mail.  The Attenuator's you're interested in for the 5790A(WB) Calibration Are:
