Does anyone have access to datasheet, manual or other documentation on Fluke A40 shunts (not A40A or A40B)?

There is a section in the Fluke 540B Instruction Manual that has a general specification for the A40.

I have the specifications for both from the 1990 Fluke/Phillips catalog in pdf.
