EIL Instruments MCB-400D

Good Day All,

Does anyone happen to have a manual / resource for manufacturer intended specifications for the EIL Instruments MCB-400D, Motor Overload Relay Test Set?

I worked for EIL, shortly after getting out of Active Duty, but I think they were bought out in entirety by Transcat back in '98 or so.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
