Load Cell/Strain Gage

I'm training to find an easy way to explain strain gages and load cells to new trops, and how they work.   If anyone can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to Interface's website and look at there "Suuport & Theory" section.  They explain pretty much all aspects of Strain Gages.
