Need Voltage to Current Transducer Procedure

I have some transducers used by electricians that I have to cal.  I know how to do them and they're pretty simple.  BUT... we have to have good documented procedures for such things.  These are Flex-Core AVT-150E (and some other similar models).  The one now in question has 0-150VAC @ 60 Hz input and 4-20 mADC output.  We have to verify in spec output for given input.

I found one old Duke Power procedure on GIDEP that is close.  Anyone know of any procedures for such things before I end up having to write one?  Maybe there's a similar model out there that has a good procedure?
