This is a public forum and the OP wanted to know if there was a SureCal Forum out there not create a thread to slander an OEM about apparently unreported problems.  I give props to Mr. Schmidt to be concerned enough with his product to be proactive enough to use the information you listed in your profile to establish dialogue to help solve the problem.  Based on your statements earlier, as a business owner, I'm sure you'd appreciate your technicians having such initiative.

Why not just contact him via phone if he was that concerned?
