Keithley Model 5156

This seems to be a very difficult item to locate or get any information on, yet Keithley calls it out as a standard for calibrating many of thier picoammeters, electrometers, femptoamp meters etc.  There's a good chance I might have a solution for this, but still trying to find out more on this unit.  Particularly what this unit and it's accessories sold for historically.
