Lead Calibration Technician

J. A King & Company is an ISO17025 Accredited Calibration Company currently looking for a motivated professional to complete our team in the Calibration, Repair & Metrology Services Division located in Morrisville, NC.  Our company was founded in 1939 by Jim King Sr.  We are a third generation family business focused on quality calibration services.  Our values have always been Character, Integrity and Professionalism.  Our mission is to be the industry's valued choice for measurement.  The current position is a Lead Calibration Tech position with potential for management. 

Desired experience:

•   5-10 years experience in an Electronics/Dimensional Calibration Lab
•   Navy/Marine Corp GCAMS/ACTS or AF PMEL
•   Commercial Process and Manufacturing Calibration
•   General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment
•   Must work well with others.  Team player attitude is a must
•   Must be willing to work on his/her own in-house and on-site with minimal supervision
•   Associates of Science Degree or other technical training preferred
•   Extensive experience with the use of 5700A/5520A Fluke calibrators is required
