Somebody needs to change their brand of coffee.  My bet is this isn't even a calibration person.

I think this is someone's attempt at satire...

Whats with all the crappy posts? I work at Andersen PMEL and yes the position is available right away.  We need a K1/K2/K8 technician; starting pay a little over $31/hr.  Retirees have it good over here.  You enroll under Tricare Plus for you and your family and the best part is its free! I would know since I am retired military  :-)  I'm telling ya man, you can't beat it.  Get your apps in if interested.

Can you tell me if your kids would be authorized to attend dodds school without paying the outrageous dodds fees?? Is Bionetics taking over this lab too? Civil service in the works?? What would you say would be the cost of living there vs.  say. . .  Tucson AZ??

cpgrules

cost of living is pretty high.  Govt workers get around 25% COLA.  We don't get that obviously so they pay us pretty good.  Even though we are overseas, we are just an extension of the US.  We are Overseas CONUS, making on-base schooling unavailable.  I've tried to pursue this as a retiree, but was shot down at PACAF level.  My kid goes to the local schools and its ok.

Do you hire Canadian PMEL Techs?.
I'll find out for you.

Start your paperwork now. You might be hired by then.
