Is the US Navy PMEL just as good as a US Air Force PMEL?

I can honestly say that every Navy calibration technician I've worked with are top performers (wish I could say the same about some Army techs lol just kidding).
Their schooling is solid and I think they are very comparable to the Air Force.  Not as good ofc but comparable
