Parts List for DM-3100 Series Digital Panel Meters

Does anyone have a prats list for the DATEL DM-3100 series Digital Panel Meters?  I've web searched and found schematics, data sheets and RN-3100/4100 Range Change Kits which give component reference designators and the values the resistors & capacitors.  Still looking for microcircuit part numbers.  I hestitate taking our one-of-kind test set out of production, just to read the numbers off the parts, if they are labeled.
