I haven't used my General Eastern RH Generator in a while, and re-commissioning it, and running into some displayed values I'm a little fuzzy on...

I cleaned and filled up the RH generator, and I have a Hygro M-2 meter with I think the 1111F (or something like that).  On the Hygro M-2 there is an indicator that the DEW LAYER THICKNESS is reading about 75% of scale (on the LED bar graph).  I cleaned the mirror with distilled water mixed with methanol.  That was about a week ago.  I have been running the chilled mirror constantly for over a week.  I did run the PACER cycle a couple of times.  And it seems to me the DEW LAYER THICKNESS should go down shouldn't it?  I just finally got fresh desiccant in it and I've run the RH down to about 10% in a test run.  And the DEW LAYER THICKNESS is still reading high.

As its been a while, does someone recollect exactly what that means, is it a bad reading, and how to fix it?
