Is anyone calibrating these? I am seeing quite a few Unitek 125, 125 DP and other discharge/resistance welders that have little or no helpful information from the manufacturer.

The Unitek 125 procedure (model 1-163-01) has an realignment procedure but it involves optimizing the digital zero and 10%, 100% discharge voltages which gives me no as found data.

There appears to be no toleranced parameter assigned by the manufacturer.

What I'd like to do is use a Pearson current probe and oscilloscope to measure the actual current produced at 10% and 100% output and assign a tolerance based on the users requirements but the OEM does not give even a maximum output for many of the models I am seeing.

There is nothing in the version of GIDEP I have that addresses this type of welder.

Does anyone have any information on this type of calibration?
