Searching for an antique publication (supposedly unfindable)

I have been told this pub was never digitized and all paper copies have disappeared. Does anyone have a copy or know where to get one? This is basically my last ditch effort before conceding that they are correct.

I am looking for NA 17-35POP-01B (metrology and calibration program operations process manual).
