Anyone with a procedure for this test set? Also, is anyone else having issues logging on or having the Gidep website to load? :?

Is that the little yellow box with the one switch? DRRR terrible description BUT I think I do remember that item of course I have been out for over 10 years now. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

yes it is the 3 phase 400 cycle shoulder strap tester for checking aircraft power and phasing

This is kind of off subject. . .  But back in 1994 or 1995 I had to do all those modifications on them!! Swap out the switch there are like 100 wires on that stinking switch then relabel them.  That was a royal pain.
